Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Enrichment Specialist to join our collaborative team. This unique role offers the opportunity to guide and inspire young children (ages 1–5) through a variety of enrichment activities including art, clay, yoga, music, and potentially gardening.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and lead creative enrichment sessions for infants, toddlers and preschoolers
Incorporate developmentally appropriate practices rooted in Montessori and Reggio philosophies
Use artistic and sensory materials to support children's exploration and expression
Foster a calm, engaging, and joyful atmosphere for learning
Collaborate with classroom teachers and directors to integrate enrichment with classroom themes
Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with children ages 1–5 in a preschool or early childhood setting
Strong background in the arts (visual arts, music, movement, or related fields)
Passionate about creativity, expression, and holistic child development
Familiarity with Montessori or Reggio Emilia philosophy (preferred but not required)
Kind, patient, flexible, and excited to be part of a close-knit school community
