Licensed Pest Control Technician with Sign-On Bonus

We’re looking for an experienced Licensed Pest Control Technician to join our growing team. You’ll manage your own route, build relationships with customers, diagnose pest issues, and deliver safe, effective pest control solutions—all while having the support of a team that wants you to succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Service client accounts on an assigned route
• Inspect properties to identify pest activity and potential entry points
• Diagnose pest issues and recommend the right solutions
• Perform pest control applications safely and in accordance with product labels and regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service and educate customers on pest prevention
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate recommendations clearly
• Safely operate and maintain a company vehicle and equipment

What We’re Looking For

• Current Pest Control Technician License required, preferably 7E
• Knowledge of pest identification, treatment methods
• Valid driver’s license and a relatively clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Wage Range: $23.00-$27.00 per hour. Up to $30/hour for experienced technicians. Starting wage is determined based on relevant experience. This is a hourly, non-exempt position. Why You’ll Love Working With Us
