- Ability to Cross sell and Up sell
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Property Casualty insurance license is required
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coach-able.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude and must be a team player.
- Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
