• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.
• Maintain an organized approach to housekeeping management, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is in good working condition.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure consistency and quality of service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitization practices.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• A valid driver's license may be beneficial for travel between job sites (if applicable).
