Experienced Caregivers Needed - Navasota and Brenham Areas

Brazos Home Care is growing in the Navasota and Brenham areas, and we need seasoned caregivers who are ready to hit the ground running!!

What you'll be doing:

• Providing personal care and assistance with daily activities

• Supporting clients with mobility, meal prep, and light housekeeping

• Offering companionship and maintaining client dignity at every visit

• Keeping the care team informed of any changes in client condition

What we're looking for:

• At least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience (CNA/HHA certification a plus)

• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation — you'll need it out here

• Someone who works well independently and takes initiative

• A steady, trustworthy presence that clients and families can count on
