Description:
Cleans and keeps all office buildings in an orderly condition.
Requirements:
Essential Functions: Includes but not limited to
- Cleans assigned areas, showers, washbasins, toilets, mirrors, floors, and walls with brooms, mops, soap, and other cleaning materials.
- Performs cleaning duties such as waxing floors, emptying trash cans and waste baskets. Dusts desks, furniture, equipment, and washes and cleans windows.
- Sweeps walkway and surrounding areas of building as required.
- Keeps the work area clean and orderly.
- Reports necessary maintenance items in a timely manner
- Place orders for cleaning supplies
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Demands
- Constant standing and walking throughout the shift.
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50lbs
Education/Training Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred (able to read and write in English)
Drivers License required
