Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADNS)

Compensation: $135,000 – $170,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Help oversee daily clinical operations and ensure smooth unit workflows

• Coach and develop nursing staff, promoting a culture of accountability and teamwork

• Guide care planning processes and support ongoing performance improvement efforts

• Play an active role in survey preparation and regulatory adherence

• Work closely with leadership and interdisciplinary partners to support resident outcomes

Qualifications:

• Current New York RN license in good standing

• Skilled nursing facility experience required

• Prior leadership experience (Unit Manager, Charge Nurse, or similar) strongly preferred

• Working knowledge of state and federal compliance standards

• Strong leadership presence with sound clinical decision-making
