The Dog Stop® is seeking a passionate, experienced, and motivated Dog Care Manager to help lead our team and maintain the exceptional level of care our guests and pet parents have come to expect.

As a Dog Care Manager, you'll play a critical role in creating a safe, positive, and enriching experience for both our canine guests and our team members.
What You'll Do:- Lead and supervise safe, structured, and positive dog playgroups
- Oversee and mentor staff, ensuring consistency in dog handling and guest care
- Manage daily back-of-house operations and facility standards
- Train team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices
- Assess dog behaviors, play styles, and group dynamics, proactively responding to ensure safety
- Maintain a clean, healthy, and welcoming environment for all guests
- Build trust with pet parents by ensuring every dog receives outstanding care and attention
- Foster a positive, supportive, and team-oriented workplace culture
'14; Experience in dog daycare, boarding, training, veterinary, or other animal care environments
'14; Strong leadership and communication skills
'14; Ability to stay calm, organized, and proactive in a fast-paced setting
'14; A passion for dogs and a commitment to exceptional customer service
