2nd Shift Fulfillment Supervisor

Our client in Toms River, NJ is seeking a hands-on 2nd Shift Fulfillment Supervisor to lead and support warehouse operations during the afternoon shift. This is a working supervisor role — the selected candidate will lead by example while actively supporting daily warehouse activities on the floor.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise pickers and packers during 2nd shift operations
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time
• Support loading, unloading, and outbound shipping activities
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and order accuracy
• Train and support team members as needed
• Maintain safety, organization, and efficiency on the warehouse floor
• Step in and assist with warehouse operations when needed

Requirements
• Previous warehouse supervisor, lead, or team lead experience preferred
• Hands-on experience in picking, packing, shipping, and warehouse operations
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accountability
• Reliable and able to lead by example
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Flexibility to stay later if needed
