We are currently seeking an AP/Payroll Coordinator to join our team of dedicated health care professionals. Skilled nursing facility experience is preferred.

Responsibilities include:
• Create, maintain, and update semi-monthly payroll data in the payroll system, including hourly and salary data and incentive bonus programs.
• Record changes affecting wages including taxes, direct deposits, and wage increases.
• Review payroll registers and correct errors to ensure accuracy of payroll.
• Conduct weekly payroll data entry within set timelines.
• Reconcile, code, and enter invoices and upload into accounting system for payment.
• Contacts suppliers, buyers, and employees to research questionable items on invoices.
• Performs basic AP analysis with knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees, helping with the understanding of company benefits, payroll processes, and company policies based on employee handbook.
• Ensure all new hire paperwork and background checks are completed within state and federal guidelines.
• Assemble, audit, and maintain new hire personnel files for all active projects.
• Respond to verification of employment requests within 48 hours.
