Cashier & Gaming Attendant

Job Description:
Hideaway Grounds Hotspot is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Cashier & Gaming Attendant to join our team. This position is primarily for day shift hours in a fast-paced gaming parlor environment. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service while ensuring smooth operation of both the register and gaming area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
  
  
• Accurately handle cash, card, and digital transactions
  
  
• Monitor and maintain the gaming floor to ensure a positive guest experience
  
  
• Assist customers with gaming machines as needed
  
  
• Verify IDs and enforce all company policies and gaming regulations
  
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
  
  
• Restock products and supplies as needed
  
  
• Report any issues or concerns to management promptly
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous cashier, retail, or gaming experience preferred
  
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills
  
  
• Basic math and cash handling abilities
  
  
• Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
  
  
• Ability to work independently
