Taking orders:They take orders for drinks, mixers, and sometimes food from their assigned tables.
Customer service:They ensure patrons are happy with their service, addressing any complaints or concerns.
Table maintenance:They keep tables clean and well-stocked with ice, glasses, and other essentials.
Entertainment:I bottle servers are expected to entertain their tables, by doing elaborate bottle presentations with lights, whistles, and signs.
Promoting sales:They may also be expected to encourage patrons to purchase additional bottles or drinks.
