One Step Forward is growing our ABA team and is looking for an ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician to provide one on one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children in Oak Ridge and surrounding communities.

This is a part time, after school position with consistent weekday afternoon and early evening opportunities. You'll work directly with children with autism while receiving ongoing supervision, guidance, and support from an experienced BCBA.

Pay: $22–$32 per hour based on experience.

What You'll Do

As an ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician, you'll work directly with a child using an individualized treatment program developed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing one on one in home ABA therapy

• Implementing individualized treatment programs developed by a BCBA

• Teaching communication, social, play, adaptive, and daily living skills

• Implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs

• Using evidence based ABA strategies including reinforcement, prompting, and behavior intervention techniques

• Collecting accurate data to monitor client progress

• Completing electronic session documentation

• Communicating regularly with your supervising BCBA

After-School Schedule

We're currently looking for therapists with consistent weekday afternoon and early evening availability.

This is a part time opportunity designed around after school cases. Maintaining a consistent weekly schedule is important so that you can build a strong relationship with your client and provide continuity of care.

Who We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you have experience as an:

• ABA Therapist

• Behavior Technician

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

• Paraprofessional

• Special education aide

• Behavioral health professional

Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is strongly preferred.

We're looking for someone who is dependable, professional, comfortable working one on one with children, and committed to maintaining a consistent schedule.

Reliable transportation is required for this in home position.
