Frozen Inventory and Dispatch Team Lead

Your impact

• Translate daily order volume into clear pulling and shipping plans
• Lead hands-on pulls of frozen meal orders and stage shipments for dispatch
• Track team metrics and reinforce food safety and company standards
• Conduct quality checks and spot audits to protect inventory integrity
• Onboard and train new teammates on SOPs, safety, and role expectations
• Work confidently in a -10°ree;F freezer with PPE for extended periods
• Lug, stack, and maneuver 40+ pound cases safely all shift long
• Be the go-to for equipment issues, order discrepancies, and safety flags
• Complete accurate shift paperwork and deliver crisp handoffs
• Promote a clean, orderly, and safe workspace
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to supervisors regarding team members

What sets you apart

• 6–12 months of experience in warehouse, freezer, shipping, or order fulfillment preferred
• Experience as a Freezer Puller or warehouse lead highly preferred
• Natural motivator who can coach and uphold standards
• Detail-driven with a passion for right-first-time orders
• Organized communicator who keeps teams aligned
• Dependable in high-energy, fast-paced settings
• Physically ready for repetitive lifting and cold exposure
• Comfortable following written and verbal directions
• Bilingual English Spanish candidates encouraged
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Forklift certification a plus
