Northwest Eye Surgeons is actively recruiting a fellowship-trained Glaucoma Specialist to step into a fully built, high-demand practice in Seattle. This is not a “build-your-own” role; this is a walk-in opportunity with an established referral network with immediate and sustained patient demand.

Requirements:
  • Fellowship-trained Glaucoma Specialist
  • Board-certified or board-eligible (MD/DO)
  • Eligible for Washington licensure and DEA

  • $300,000 – $1,000,000+ earning potential (base + production, no artificial ceiling)
