Now Hiring: Automotive Technician / Mechanic
Franconia Area – Virginia

Franconia Auto Care is looking for an experienced and reliable Automotive Technician to join our growing team. We are a busy, well-established repair shop focused on quality work and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostics and repairs on domestic and foreign vehicles.
  • Engine, suspension, brake, and electrical repairs.
  • Perform Virginia state inspections (preferred).
  • Communicate vehicle issues clearly with service advisor.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years experience (preferred).
  • Own tools required.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Virginia State Inspector License (a plus).
  • Strong diagnostic skills.
  • Reliable and punctual.

Compensation:
  • Competitive pay based on experience.
  • Weekly pay.
  • Full-time position.

Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
