RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and processing payments.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Property & Casualty License will be REQUIRED to start.
