We do NOT pay minimum wage:

 Rookies/Team Members: $9.00-$11.00
 Veterans/Veteran Slicers: $10.00-$15.00
 Captains/Shift Leaders: $12.00-$17.00
 Assistant Coach/Assistant Manager: $15.00-$22.00
Plus Tips averaging $2.50 - $4.89
