About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PMHNP) to join our team. As a Licensed Mental Health Professional, you will provide quality clinical services to improve the quality of life for our older adult patients. Our clinicians work collaboratively to deliver patient-centered care, addressing the complex mental health needs of our residents.
Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with patients
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
Provide crisis intervention and stabilization as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
Participate in ongoing professional development and education
