About the Role:

As a One on One Overnight Care Professional, you'll be responsible for providing overnight companionship and care to our clients, enabling them to live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Your duties may include:

• Providing emotional support and companionship to our clients

• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Managing medication regimens and providing medication reminders

• Maintaining a safe and healthy living environment

• Preparing meals and snacks, and assisting with mealtime

• Encouraging socialization and engagement in activities

• Reporting any changes or concerns to our clinical team

Responsibilities:

• Provide overnight care to clients in their homes

• Conduct daily assessments and reports to ensure client safety and well-being

• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care

• Participate in in-service training and education to stay up-to-date on industry best practices

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Valid driver's license (if applicable)

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients as needed
