Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Job Summary:

Bridgewater Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a long-term care facility providing compassionate and skilled nursing care, is seeking a compassionate and caring Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team! As an RN Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with other RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, serving our valued residents. Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.

  • Ensure that the highest level of patient care is maintained at all times.

  • Monitor and evaluate the nursing care provided to residents, making adjustments as necessary.

  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as social services and rehabilitation, to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in patient care and outcomes.

Shift Details:

  • Full-time position available for the 2:30pm to 10:30pm shift, Monday-Friday.

  • Evening and night shifts available.

  • Now offering $7.00 shift differential for 2nd shift and $3.00 shift differential for 3rd shift!

Requirements:

  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of New York.

  • Minimum of 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
