Small Wonders Early Education Center is a licensed, home-based child care program serving children 6 weeks to 3 years old. We provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children learn, play, and grow.
We are seeking a caring, dependable Lead Teacher to join our team. The Lead Teacher will create meaningful learning experiences, support daily routines, guide classroom activities, and partner with families to help children thrive.
Qualifications:
- Love working with infants and toddlers.
- NC Early Childhood Credential (EDU 119 required).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a licensed child care setting.
- Current CPR/First Aid and SIDS training.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 12:00 PM–5:00 PM
- 2:30 PM–5:30 PM
