Infant Teacher Assistant

About This Role
We're seeking a compassionate and engaging individual to join our Infant room team at our Christian Childcare Center, where they can make a meaningful impact on a child's life and create a fun and nurturing environment.
What You'll Do
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the Lead teacher to ensure infants' physical and emotional needs are met, including feeding, diaper changes, and engaging activities.
- Using childcare software to document activities and track progress.
- Being an active team member, contributing to the center's overall success.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Ability to work cooperatively with team members and communicate openly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced classroom environment.
- Previous experience working in a childcare center.
- Ability to stand, sit on the floor, and safely carry infants.
- Education in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
- Background in Christian curriculum is a plus.
- Flexibility to work between 7:30am and 5:30pm.
Nice To Haves
While not required, a degree in Early Childhood Education and experience working with a Christian curriculum would be a great asset to our team.
