• Responsiveness - Follow up on all leads, calls, and appointments in a timely manner.

• Discovery / Consult - Uncover the buyer's needs and wants by fact-finding and show them homes matching their priorities.

• Learn / Grow - Learn as much as you can as fast as you can in order to be an advisor and add exceptional value as a real estate agent. YOU WILL HAVE GREAT MENTORS!

• REALISTIC EARNINGS - Year 1: $30,000 - $60,000; Year 2: $60,000 - $90,000; Year 3: $100,000+

• Have your Oklahoma real estate license or willing to get one
