Responsibilities:
Assist dietitians and nutritionists with meal planning, food preparation, and presentation
Maintain accurate records of food preparation, inventory, and distribution
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and medications as needed
Collaborate with the culinary team to prepare and serve nutritious meals that meet the dietary needs of our residents
Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to infection control standards and regulatory requirements
