Compensation:

· Competitive base pay plus uncapped commission

· Performance-based earning potential

Key Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business

· Conduct needs assessments and present vehicle solutions using consultative sales techniques

· Maintain strong product knowledge of Nissan vehicles, features, trim levels, and technology

· Utilize digital tools, CRM systems, and short personalized videos to engage prospective customers

· Follow up with leads, appointments, and sold customers in a timely and professional manner

· Adhere to dealership sales processes, schedules, and performance expectations

· Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all customer interactions

· Maintain compliance with all dealership, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications:

· Prior automotive sales experience preferred, but not required

· Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable mindset

· Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends

· Professional appearance and customer-first attitude

· Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
