Part Time Shifts Open

Monday - Friday, or Mon/Wed/Fri or Tues/Thur

Before Care - 6:30am - 9:00am

After Care - 2:15pm - 6:00pm or 3:00pm - 6:00pm

Pay: $16.94+/hr based on experience

The Southington-Cheshire Community YMCA is looking for dedicated, high-energy team members to support our School-Age program site. Working closely with the Site Coordinator, you will help create a safe, active, and enriching environment where local children can thrive, learn, and grow. We are looking for a reliable team player with a passion for youth development and healthy living.

• Monitor and supervise children's activities
• Ensure the safety of all children
• Plan and implement varied age-appropriate activities
• Manage children's behavior using positive reinforcement
• Follow all YMCA policies and OEC licensing standards
• Communicate with parents as needed
• Be a positive role model

• Qualified Candidate must be at least 16 years of age
• Possess good oral and written communication skills
• Have experience working with children

• CPR Certification
• First Aid Certification
• Medication Administration Certification
