Responsibilities Overview:
As a Food Service Server, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive dining experience for our residents. More than serving meals, you’ll provide friendly, attentive service while helping foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You’ll work with the Food Servies team to ensure meals are delivered safely, efficiently, and with exceptional hospitality.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver exceptional customer service while serving residents in the Dining Room.
Take meal orders accurately and serve food and beverages in a timely, professional manner.
Assist with setting, clearing, and resetting Dining Room tables before and after meals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dining environment in accordance with food and safety standards.
Follow infection prevention, sanitation, and safety guidelines at all times.
Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the Food Services department and community operations.

Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in food service, hospitality, restaurants, senior living is preferred but not required.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
