Denali Concrete Coatings is looking for a motivated, hardworking individual to join our growing team. We install premium epoxy, polyaspartic, overlay, and polished concrete floor coating systems for residential and commercial customers throughout the La Crosse area. Pay $20–$28 per hour, based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Grinding and prepping concrete surfaces with walk behind and hand grinders.
- Install epoxy and polyaspartic floor coating systems.
- Repair cracks and damaged concrete. Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Construction experience preferred, but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
