Floor Technician
PAY: $18.00/hour with ability to earn $25+/hour
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - WE WILL TRAIN
REQUIREMENT: Valid Drivers License, Background Check, and ability to lift upwards of 50lbs.
WORK SCOPE: cleaning, polishing, restoring granite countertops, marble showers, travertine floors, outdoor concrete, etc., usually in a residential setting. Great for those who like a variety in their responsibilities with different job locations daily. Employees drive company vehicles to job sites.
HOURS: 40 hour work week. No Saturday or Sundays.
BENEFITS: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k w/company match, paid Holidays, and PTO.
ADDITIONAL INFO: Multiple hires are needed due to growth of company. This is a year round position. Company has never had a layoff in its history.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Someone who appreciates steady work, consistent hours, ability to manage their time without being micro-managed, potential to make more money as skills are mastered, ability to fast track to a Head Technician position earning more money (usually within 6 months), along with working for a company who provides training in a skilled trade that few companies offer.
