We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to be Sales Associates, eager to share our story and our success with everyone who walks through our door or who calls for information on who we are and what we do to provide More Life to our members! At this time we are specifically seeking the right candidate who is interested in working our early morning shift primarily, which begins at 4:30am M-F.

Here are some of the main attributes for our Sales Associates:

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept to any interested consumers
• Answering inquiries via phone, text and email
• Giving studio tours
• Working closely with our coaches to guide first-time guests through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships, packages and other retail items
• Following up on prospective clients
• Following up with new members
• Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized

Salary information for this job is listed is a minimum starting hourly pay rate, and is applied with consideration given to current skills along with previous experience. The total compensation for the job also has commission component based on membership sales which can substantially add to the total compensation package for the job.
