Competitive Salary:$70–$90 per hour, based on experience

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Duties

• Provide direct supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in clinic and home settings
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans
• Deliver ongoing program oversight, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care
• Provide parent training and support to promote skill generalization across environments
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to ensure client success
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with clinical standards
• Foster a positive, team-oriented clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification through the BACB
• Active state licensure (LBA) as required
• Master’s or Doctorate in ABA or related field
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable transportation for travel between clinic and client homes
