Toddler Teacher (18-24 months)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our educational staff, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that fosters a love for learning, promotes social and emotional development, and encourages creativity through play-based activities. We are looking for a Toddler Teacher who can provide high-quality instruction and care to young children. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Designing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards and meet the unique needs of our students.

Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that promotes exploration and learning.

Engaging children in hands-on activities, storytelling, and interactive play to enhance their cognitive and social skills.

Observing and assessing children's progress, documenting developmental milestones, and adjusting teaching strategies as needed.

Maintaining open and positive communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, needs, and behavior.

Working closely with other educators and staff to create a cohesive learning experience and participate in professional development opportunities.

Ensuring the health and safety of all children, adhering to school policies and state regulations.

Education: BA or AA degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred or a High School diploma in addition to a current CDA or college coursework.

Experience: Previous experience working with infant/toddler aged children is preferred.

Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

 Certification: Infant/Toddler CDA preferred (if no degree).

• Candidate must pass all required state and federal background checks in order to be eligible for hire.
