About the Role:

As a BCBA at Astra ABA, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Your expertise will help our team achieve our mission of empowering young learners to reach their full potential. In this role, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify individualized treatment goals

  • Design and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans in collaboration with our team of clinicians and parents

  • Provide ongoing behavioral support and training to parents and caregivers

  • Monitor and evaluate treatment progress to ensure optimal outcomes

  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement new treatment protocols and best practices

Requirements:

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Bilingual skills in Spanish and English

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities

  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Familiarity with behavioral software and data analysis tools
