Responsibilities
- We are a busy and expanding pediatric healthcare practice seeking an experienced full-time or part-time registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our growing clinical care team!
The ideal candidate is experienced in the field of pediatrics, friendly, patient-centered, organized, team oriented and professional. The candidate must also possess strong communication skills and genuinely enjoy working with pediatric patients from infancy through late adolescence.
Job Responsibilities:- Documenting patient data (Athena EMR System)
- Triage patients
- Obtain & assess vital signs
- Venous blood draws
- Spirometry & nebulizer treatments
- Injections & vaccinations
- Allergy testing
- Heel sticks
- Obtain clean & sterile specimens
- Dispense and administer medication from our in-house pharmacy
- Patient & parent teaching
- Assist physicians in medical procedures
- Must have CT state license as an RN/LPN.

- Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
- Valid driver’s license
- First aid/CPR certification required
