Production Team Leader

Metro Services is seeking to immediately fill Production Team Leader positions for a Manufacturing company in Lebanon, TN. This is a Temp-to-Hire job. This position is also open for travelers with paid Per Diem. Apply now!

• Lead and oversee daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are achieved

• Supervise production team members by providing guidance, training, and support throughout each shift

• Monitor workflow, equipment performance, and production schedules to maximize efficiency

• Troubleshoot production issues involving large tonnage press machines, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic equipment

• Ensure products meet customer specifications and company quality standards

• Promote a safe work environment by enforcing company policies and safety procedures

• Maintain production records, communicate shift updates, and coordinate with management to resolve operational concerns

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with other production-related duties as assigned

$25.00–$28.00/hour

1st Shift

Monday – Friday

5:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Overtime: Saturday or extended shifts as needed

2nd Shift

Monday – Friday

1:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.

Overtime: Saturday or extended shifts as needed

• Minimum of 6 years of experience working with large tonnage press machines, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic equipment

• Technical school degree preferred, or eight years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Must provide steel-toe or composite-toe shoes/boots

• Ability to work overtime and assigned shifts as needed
