• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in conversations, playing games, or watching movies together

• Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with clients, family members, and other caregivers

• Document client care and services provided in accordance with company policies and procedures

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, adhering to infection control guidelines and safety protocols

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift and move clients with care and assistance

• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
