Automotive Reflections Collision Center – Hugo, MN
Pay: $20–$24/hour, depending on experience
Automotive Reflections Collision Center is looking for a dependable, motivated Automotive Detailer to join our team.
We are a family-owned collision and automotive repair shop looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the details, and enjoys being part of a team.
Responsibilities- Complete interior and exterior detailing of customer vehicles
- Clean vehicles thoroughly before final delivery
- Wash, vacuum, wipe down, clean windows, wheels and tires
- Perform buffing and polishing when needed and based on experience
- Remove minor overspray, compound residue and shop dust
- Help prepare completed vehicles for customer pickup
- Maintain a clean and organized detail area
- Help keep the shop and work areas clean and organized
- Move vehicles in and out of the shop as needed
- Help ensure vehicles are safely brought inside or secured at the end of the day
- Assist the production team with general shop support when detailing work is caught up
- Follow shop safety and quality-control procedures
- Previous automotive detailing experience preferred
- Buffing and polishing experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and on time
- Able to work independently while also helping the team
- Willing to learn and take on additional skills
- Takes pride in producing a clean, finished vehicle for the customer
- Valid driver's license
$20–$24 per hour, depending on experience, skill level and ability to perform the position independently.
Higher starting pay may be considered for someone with strong detailing, buffing, polishing, and collision-shop experience.
