Critical Environments MEP Project Manager

Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 annually (based on experience)

Join a Mission With Impact

Imagine turning a design concept into a fully operational facility that powers a hospital wing, keeps a data center cool under peak load, or energizes a stadium on game day. As an employee-owner at a nationally recognized MEP firm, you’ll help deliver end-to-end building solutions—design through construction and long-term service—across Texas and the Southwest. Our culture is rooted in trust and servant leadership, and we invest heavily in training and career development so your growth keeps pace with your ambition. This is a place where your contributions count and your career is built to last.

The Opportunity

Own project delivery for building systems on new facilities, additions and expansions, and complex renovations. You will coordinate closely with project teams, field leaders, and management; define assignments and timelines; direct construction personnel; and ensure equipment and materials arrive precisely when needed.

How You’ll Lead
  • Drive schedule, budget, safety, and quality to deliver high-performing projects on time and within financial targets.
  • Run pre-construction planning sessions; document decisions and close every action item.
  • Maintain detailed project schedules and keep them aligned with the master schedule.
  • Validate and assemble estimates; load costs into project controls; provide periodic status and end-of-contract analyses.
  • Execute subcontracts and equipment buy-outs to support plan commitments.
  • Prepare and submit monthly contract billings to support cash flow.
  • Manage scope changes and resolve conflicts with customers, vendors, trades, and partners.
  • Continuously refine policies and procedures to push performance higher.
  • Visit jobsites to inspect work, verify progress, and resolve project or contract issues.
What It Takes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field (required).
  • 2–5 years of experience in construction project management or coordination.
  • Proven organization, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Initiative and a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities.
Rewards & Growth
  • Competitive salary tied to experience.
  • Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.
  • Paid time off and paid holidays.
  • Referral program, strong growth opportunities, and a defined path to advance into new roles.
