- Build meaningful relationships with clients through outstanding service and communication
- Assist clients with policy questions, payments, and coverage recommendations
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and expand client coverage
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to offer additional services and schedule appointments
- Manage multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Contribute to team goals by consistently providing excellent client experiences
- Entry-level candidates and former athletes encouraged to apply!
- Bachelors degree highly preferred
- Illinois Property Casualty license (or willingness to obtain - we'll help you get it)
- Strong communication, competitiveness, and team mindset

- Must be able to commute to our Fox Lake, IL office ( work full time in office or hybrid part time each from home/ in office schedules available)
