About the Role:

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As an LMHC at CHE Behavioral, you will play a critical role in providing compassionate and cost-effective behavioral health services to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling services to patients in a variety of settings, including long-term care and rehabilitation centers

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to address the mental health needs of patients

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans

  • Participate in staff development and training programs to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Pennsylvania

  • Strong clinical skills and experience working with older adult patients

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
