Call Center - Collections Agent- REMOTE

Job Description

We are hiring motivated Collections Agents (Remote - Texas Only) to handle telephone-based collections for auto insurance claims. This role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of calls professionally.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in collections, sales, telemarketing, or customer service
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (bilingual is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Professional handling of difficult conversations
• Flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to recover auto insurance claim funds
• Negotiate payment arrangements
• Document and track collection activity
• Review and resolve complex claims
• Work with internal teams and assist with arbitration
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies
