The Gardens for Memory Care at Easton is seeking a Housekeeping / Laundry Assistant to join our skilled nursing facility in Easton, PA. This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents while ensuring linens and personal clothing are properly cleaned and organized.

Shift Available

• Full-Time and Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Follow established housekeeping and laundry procedures

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a sanitary environment

• Place soiled facility and resident personal linens into washing machines following proper procedures

• Fold or hang resident personal linens after laundering

• Transport and distribute clean linens and clothing to resident rooms

• Hang clothing in closets and place clothing neatly in drawers

• Maintain proper use and care of cleaning supplies and laundry equipment

• Support a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for residents and staff

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, or maintenance preferred

• Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment

• COVID-19 vaccination required unless an approved exemption is presented upon hiring

• Must be 18 years of age or older
