We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced In Person BCBA - NC Licensure Required to join our team.

About the Role

As a In Person BCBA - NC Licensure Required, you will be an integral part of our therapy team, providing one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). You will work closely with our experienced therapists, behavior analysts, and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote behavioral growth and development. Your expertise and compassion will help our clients achieve their full potential and make a meaningful impact on their lives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home ABA therapy sessions with children diagnosed with ASD

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals

  • Work collaboratively with families, therapists, and other professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of treatment plans

  • Provide training and feedback to parents and caregivers on behavioral strategies and interventions

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans

  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements

  • NC Licensure in Behavioral Analysis

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA therapy, preferably in-home setting

  • Strong knowledge of autism spectrum disorder and ABA therapy principles

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
