Join a well-established, physician-led outpatient concierge practice in Hoboken, New Jersey, where patient relationships, teamwork, and quality care come first. You will work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team in a modern clinical setting that values collaboration, preventive medicine, and giving physicians the time they need to provide thoughtful, individualized pediatric care. Position Highlights


  • Full-time, permanent Pediatrician physician opportunity


  • Outpatient pediatric practice caring for infants, children, and adolescents


  • 3 x 12 weekday shifts (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM)


  • Approximately 20 scheduled patients per day, allowing time to provide personalized, relationship-driven care


  • Provide comprehensive well-child visits, annual physicals, immunizations, and preventive care


  • Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries while managing chronic pediatric conditions


  • Perform newborn evaluations, developmental screenings, and age-appropriate wellness assessments


  • Educate patients and families on nutrition, healthy development, behavioral health, sleep habits, lactation support, and disease prevention


  • Coordinate care with specialists and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless continuity of care

Candidate Requirements


  • MD or DO required


  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics


  • Completion of an accredited U.S. Pediatric Residency Program


  • Active New Jersey medical license (or ability to obtain)


  • Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain)


  • Passion for delivering compassionate, family-centered pediatric care


  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills


  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset


  • Visa sponsorship is not available


  • Not eligible for APP provider applicants for this role
