Position: Administrative Assistant
SC Financial Partners is seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist with business submissions, client services requests, advisor calendar management, and coordination of team marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized and dependable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both clients and advisors. You are an ethical and resourceful problem solver with strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and a willingness to learn new systems and processes. You take ownership of your responsibilities, follow through on commitments, and communicate clearly and professionally with both clients and the advisor.
This is a Full-Time position (40 hours per week), Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Location This position is onsite in Evansville, IN. Following successful training and demonstrated performance, there may be opportunities for a hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities:
- Submit client applications and proactively monitor business in progress to ensure timely processing and follow-through
- Communicate effectively with underwriting and review teams, and advisors to support seamless case progression
- Document all client activities, communications, and updates accurately within the CRM system
- Anticipate advisor needs by creating and managing workflows that support practice efficiency and growth
- Prepare client meeting materials, including proposals, illustrations, and supporting documentation
- Respond to client inquiries and service requests with professionalism, accuracy, and care
- Manage advisor calendars, including scheduling client appointments, coordinating meetings, and sending reminders
- Provide administrative support for special projects and other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferred
- 1+ years’ experience in an Administrative Assistant role
- Life & Health Insurance License preferred; candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing and able to obtain licensure within a mutually agreed-upon timeframe after hire
- Exceptional communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proven follow-through and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience using CRM systems required
- Technologically adept with a solid understanding of digital workflows
- Prior experience in insurance, investments, banking or financial services, preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
