Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary requirements and protocols
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation standards
Collaborate with the Dietary Department to plan and implement special dietary needs and preferences
Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and waste
Maintain accurate records of food preparation, inventory, and waste
Develop and implement strategies to improve food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience: 1 years of experience in a healthcare setting or related industry
Certifications/Licenses: Food Handler's Certification required
