Registered Nurse Long Term Care SIGN ON BONUS

Summary: The registered nurse will utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation to ensure quality nursing care for the residents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Delegates and supervises clinical care delivered by certified nursing assistants.

• Provides routine care for assigned residents.

  • Administers medications, performs treatments and documents in accordance with Affinity Healthcare policies and local, state and federal rules and regulations.

• Participates in care planning meetings.

• Coordinate nursing care of resident when scheduled for therapy or procedures.

• Accurately and promptly implement physician orders.
