As a Dietary Aide on our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of quality care for our residents by providing exceptional dietary services.
About the Dietary Aide Role:
As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, serving, and cleanup in our state-of-the-art dining facility. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, restocking supplies, and performing tasks as needed to ensure efficient food service operations.
Dietary Aide Responsibilities:
Assist with food preparation, serving, and cleanup in the dining facility
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Restock supplies and perform tasks as needed to ensure efficient food service operations
Assist with tray service and room service deliveries
Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure resident satisfaction and meet dietary needs
Maintain accurate records and comply with regulatory standards
Dietary Aide Requirements:
Must be at least 17 years old or older
Ability to read, write and comprehend English
Prior experience in a food service or healthcare setting a plus
Ability to lift, push, and pull food and supplies as needed
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
