Summary:
ProStaffing is seeking an Automation Technician, where your expertise in calibrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting precision measuring instruments, hydraulics, electrical systems, distributed control systems, voltmeters, industrial maintenance, low voltage systems, and AutoCAD will be instrumental. As an Automation Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of automated systems and machinery. Your attention to detail and technical proficiency will contribute to enhancing efficiency and productivity within our facility.
ProStaffing is seeking an Automation Technician, where your expertise in calibrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting precision measuring instruments, hydraulics, electrical systems, distributed control systems, voltmeters, industrial maintenance, low voltage systems, and AutoCAD will be instrumental. As an Automation Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of automated systems and machinery. Your attention to detail and technical proficiency will contribute to enhancing efficiency and productivity within our facility.
Responsibilities:
- Calibrate and maintain precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate readings.
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulics, electrical systems, and distributed control systems.
- Utilize voltmeters to diagnose electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Conduct industrial maintenance tasks to prevent downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Work with low voltage systems to ensure safety and functionality.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and update schematics using AutoCAD.
- Back up and optimism programs

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in calibrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting precision measuring instruments.
- Familiarity with hydraulics, electrical systems, distributed control systems, voltmeters, industrial maintenance, low voltage systems,
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Experience with Kuka and/or Krauss Maffei multi axis robots
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Certification or degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience in calibrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting precision measuring instruments.
